48시간 카메라 개인정보처리방침

누림랩(이하 "개발자")은 안드로이드 앱 「48시간 카메라」(패키지 kr.co.nurimlab.cam48, 이하 "앱")에서 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 아래와 같이 알려드립니다.

1. 개발자가 수집하는 개인정보

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 이름·연락처·이메일 같은 개인정보를 입력받지 않습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 사진·동영상·캡처를 개발자의 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

찍은 사진·동영상은 이용자 기기의 갤러리(사진 폴더의 "48시간" 앨범)에 저장됩니다. 각 파일의 삭제 예정 시각, 설정값, 정리한 용량 통계는 앱 내부 저장소에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

자동삭제 안내: 앱으로 찍은 파일(및 이용자가 켠 경우 폰 기본 캡처)은 설정한 시간(기본 48시간)이 지나면 휴지통으로 옮겨지고, 휴지통에서 30일이 지나면 완전히 삭제됩니다. 남기고 싶은 파일은 "보관"을 눌러 주세요.

4. 광고

무료 버전에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. Google은 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소 등 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). 유럽경제지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고 전에 동의를 받습니다. 광고 ID는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 카메라 화면에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

5. 결제

프리미엄 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템으로 처리됩니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자와 앱은 받지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

위 4·5항의 Google(광고, 결제) 외에 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 위탁하지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

This policy explains how nurimlab ("we") handles information in the Android app 48h Cam (package kr.co.nurimlab.cam48, "the app").

1. Information we collect

The app has no sign-up or login and does not ask for your name, contact details, or email. We do not send your photos, videos, or screenshots to our servers or store them.

2. Permissions

Camera: to take photos and videos.
Microphone: to record sound with videos. Without it, videos are silent.
Notifications: reminders one hour before items move to trash, and when a screenshot is scheduled for deletion.
Photos (optional): requested only when you turn on "Auto-delete regular screenshots too", to find new screenshots on your device. Photos never leave your device.
Media management (optional): lets expired screenshots move to trash without a confirmation dialog.
Fingerprint / screen lock (optional, Premium): handled by Android; the app never receives your biometric data.

3. Data stored on your device

Photos and videos are saved in your device gallery. Deletion times, settings, and cleanup statistics are stored only in the app's private storage and are removed when you uninstall the app. Items move to trash after the timer (48 hours by default) and are permanently deleted 30 days later. Tap Keep to save anything you want.

4. Ads

The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Google may collect and use information such as the advertising ID, device information, and IP address to serve and measure ads, under Google's policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). Where required (e.g., the EEA), consent is requested before ads are shown. No ads appear on the camera screen.

5. Payments

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details.

6. Sharing

Other than Google (ads and payments) as described above, we do not share your information with third parties.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We will post any changes and the effective date on this page.
